Global Internal Branding & Communications Intern

What will you do?

As part of the Corporate Branding & Communications team, you will play a significant role in developing and implementing our brand culture, storytelling, and organizational topics. Your daily activities will include setting up an internal communications plan and campaign calendar to bring our core values, purpose, and culture to life. Next to that, you will gain first-hand insights into organizational change and HR topics, as we are a rapidly growing and evolving organization.

Due to our continuous growth, internal communication plays a crucial role in maintaining a consistent brand and employee experience. You will work closely with our Internal Communications and Brand specialists and help manage our internal channels. With your fresh perspective, enthusiasm, drive, and storytelling skills, you will get the opportunity to bring our brand, HR topics and employee stories to life!

What do you have to offer?

• You are a creative and enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student or recent graduate in Communications or other related fields.
• You are willing to learn and be challenged in a dynamic work environment.
• You are passionate about communication and your writing skills are excellent, in both English and Dutch.
• You possess a hands-on mentality, strategic mind and can easily connect with colleagues.
