Global Industrial Controller

We are looking for a Global Industrial Controller to join our F&A in our Business Unit based in Bilbao, Spain.

How you make the difference

The position will play a crucial role in supporting our Global Industrial Controlling team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's global industrial analysis and reporting.

How your agenda looks like:

• Prepare consolidated analysis for the seven plants, developing new KPIs and dashboards that enhance current visibility and provide deeper insight into performance;
• Maintain close coordination with local cost controllers based in Italy, Spain, Morocco, Ecuador, Colombia, and the Solomon Islands, ensuring alignment and consistency across geographies;
• Actively support the annual budgeting process by assisting local controllers with detailed input and conducting thorough review and validation;
• Monitor plant Capex and related cash-out forecasts, working closely with accounting departments in each entity to ensure accuracy and alignment in Cash Flow reports;
• Support the preparation and tracking of the Cost Trend report, contributing to the development of a new group-wide dashboard;
• Participation and follow-up of the CIM meeting alongside the Supply department for the financial coordination and review of the projects discussed in these meetings. Support to cost controllers and performing the necessary analyses;
• Development and optimization of analysis methods and sourcing comparisons between different plants, aiming to identify improvement opportunities and maximize efficiency.
• Analyse transfer pricing;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Local plant cost controllers, Accounting and management control departments; Engineering teams and Supply teams.

Your team:

You will report directly to our PSO Controlling Director.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field, ideally with a focus on organization or operations management
• Work Experience: Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, ideally a combination of roles in audit/consulting firms, finance departments, and management control, with strong exposure to cost analysis and production environments. Experience in FMCG companies will be valued.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid knowledge of SAP. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik is a strong plus.
• Language: Proficiency in Spanish and very high level of English (minimum C1), both spoken and written.
