Global HR Partner & People Experience Leader

Revolution Beauty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across the UK and US. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, manage payroll, policies and employee relations, and champion culture and values across Team Revolution.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent, drive performance and change, and deliver pragmatic HR guidance. This standalone role offers hybrid working and broad scope across the employee lifecycle.
