Frazer Jones is retained by a Bristol-based organisation seeking an HR Director to lead the people strategy and global HR team. You will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to shape organisational design, develop leadership talent and drive engagement across multiple locations.
The successful candidate will bring broad generalist HR experience at Director level, a strategic mindset and strong stakeholder skills. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the Bristol office.
