Global HR Business Partner: Strategy & Transformation

CHEP is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across Technology Services and corporate functions during a period of transformation. You will balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on delivery and partner with senior stakeholders globally to shape talent strategies.

In a hybrid/remote UK setup, you will lead talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning, while ensuring effective employee relations and organisational change management.
