Global Head of Reward page is loaded Global Head of Rewardlocations: London, UK: Bristol, UKtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdaytime left to apply: End Date: April 30, 2026 (30+ days left to apply)job requisition id: JR101556In the newly created role of Global Head of Reward, you'll have the unique opportunity to build a global Reward Centre of Expertise (CoE) from the ground up in a fast paced, fast growing, private equity-backed environment, with a rapidly expanding international footprint.You'll lead the design, development, and execution of our total reward strategy - spanning job architecture, compensation and benefits across APAC, EMEA and the Americas (including LATAM).This is a strategic leadership opportunity to define how Reward is understood, implemented, and experienced at SLR. You will also be willing to get into the detail and manage operational activities whilst setting our strategic direction and building the growth case for our Reward CoE.Duties and responsibilities include: Global Compensation & Reward Design, implement and deliver SLR's total reward strategy across the organisation aligned to our business strategy and supporting budget. Support a total reward review, including base, bonus, equity, benefit and recognition programs alongside an appointed external consultancy. Act as the subject matter expert on total reward to core stakeholders across the business and within the people function, ensuring pay and reward principles are clearly communicated and implemented. Support and deliver projects and initiatives around reward and benefits including identifying internal/ external pay trends, job grading, market benchmarking, pensions, new benefits initiatives (including flexible benefits), training and education on reward. Review and select preferred market data analysis toolset and associated data sources Identify and embed reward policy and process efficiencies and enhancements. Draft reward discussion papers for senior leadership to aid decision making. Manage third party suppliers to deliver services in-line with agreed service level agreements. Manage our annual pay and bonus cycle, maximising the use of the advanced compensation module in Workday. Job Architecture & Design Working in partnership with our Performance CoE and Regional People Partners, review and refine our global Job Architecture framework, including job families and levelling conventions. Review and determine a preferred global job evaluation methodology and in partnership with key stakeholders embed across the business to drive global consistency in role levelling. Global Benefits Oversee our global benefits strategy, ensuring regional compliance and consistent market competitiveness. Maximise value from our benefit brokers and benefit suppliers, consolidating brokers where appropriate and creating a business case for a Global Benefits Management model. Continuously assess and evolve benefit offerings to support employee wellbeing, retention and engagement at scale.
