Global Head of Product

Our client is a global name within institutional investment management. Due to continued company growth and success, they are now looking to recruit a Global Head of Product to join and lead their high-performing team on a permanent basis.

The Global Head of Product will take responsibility for the following:

• Act as the Product lead and expert, helping drive new business opportunities through a strategic product approach
• Work closely with the sales and wider Distribution team to assess new product opportunities, proposing solutions that are in line with the firm's global approach
• Act as the strategic lead on the firm's product outlook
• Provide proactive and creative advice on product development and management
• Take the lead on key product-related projects
• Oversee the design and development of new products
• Manage the project of the legal and operational build-out
• Proactively advise Board members on the firm's Product Strategy
• Review existing product structures and create business case proposals to restructure where necessary

The Global Head of Product will meet the following skillset:

• 10-15 years' knowledge and experience within the Asset Management Industry
• Significant experience within product (across product management, product governance, and product development)
• Proven experience in product strategy across the full spectrum of investment products
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• CFA qualified or CFA qualification underway
