Global Head of People Ops & Total Rewards (AI-Driven)

NETGEAR Ireland in Cork hybrid is seeking an experienced executive to own People Operations and Total Rewards, shaping how we attract, retain and reward our people worldwide with AI-enabled capability.

You will partner with HR leadership, Finance and Legal to drive automation, governance, and data-driven decision making across HRIS, compensation, benefits, policies, and pay equity, while leading a small global team across time zones.
