Join Nexperia as the Global Head Compensation & Benefits. This senior role reports to the CHRO and is based in Nexperia's HQ in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

About the RoleResponsible for end to end design and execution of all (executive) compensation and employee benefits programs worldwide. Leads the Center of Excellence (COE) of Total Rewards.
What You Will Do- Manage high-performing regional compensation & benefits teams.
- Oversee the design, development, implementation and administration of reward plans, policies, and programs.
- Provide thought leadership to shape the organisation's compensation and total rewards philosophy, strategy and practices, ensuring alignment with Nexperia's mission and vision.
- Offer strategic input to executives and business leaders to ensure reward programs are compliant, competitive externally and aligned with market reality.
- Guide the evaluation and selection of vendors, consultants and partners, negotiating fee structures and contracts.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of the organisation's salary structure and job evaluation processes to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the CHRO on executive compensation and Long Term Incentive program design and execution.
- Work with Finance to create the annual merit and benefit budget.
- Identify and respond to trends in compensation or benefits packages through market reviews and analysis.
- Develop processes and manage communications, roll out and project management of the annual compensation planning process for all employees.
- Act as Secretary of Nexperia's Nomination & Compensation Committee (NCC).
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of Compensation & Benefits management experience in an international organisation.
- Academic background: Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or HR.
- Decision quality and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication style.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong presentation skills.
