Team & FunctionThe Global Logistics Excellence function defines the end-to-end Logistics network from Inbound transport to consumer/store drops, supporting the delivery of the multi-year Logistics ambition on cost, customer service and carbon emission reduction (3C Concept).
The Logistics+ Masterplan designs and drives strategic initiatives, programs and processes. A key vertical enables the Logistics Operation to perform at the highest and most competitive standard by building and enhancing PVH's Omnichannel Fulfillment Capabilities.
The PositionLead the Omnichannel Fulfillment vertical within the Logistics+ Plan, collaborating with Supply Chain and partner functions to build and enhance Logistics capabilities and drive customer satisfaction while balancing Logistics performance with the 3P concept.
This is a new role recognizing the strategic importance of a cohesive and integrated Logistics agenda and the need to improve Omnichannel Fulfillment capabilities to support the PVH+ Plan while transforming the Logistics network. Travel 10% required.
Responsibilities- Lead the Omnichannel Fulfillment vertical of the Logistics+ Plan and deliver projects within this scope, including E2E synchronization of the Logistics Operation with Supply Chain upstream and downstream, creation of joint stock pools for selected brands/regions, late differentiation options within Logistics, design of reverse Logistics solutions, and oversight of the service enhancement pillar.
- End-to-End Synchronization of Logistics Operations: partner with IT to integrate Logistics systems, identify best-in-class fulfillment processes, implement real-time visibility tools, and foster cross-functional collaboration to reduce inefficiencies at interfaces with Supply Chain and business.
- Joint Stock Pools: map stock holding across regions/channels/brands, develop capabilities for virtual stock holding, engage business on a transformation plan for joint stock pools, and optimize warehouse layouts.
- Late Differentiation Options: define value-added services, provide global guidance on execution locations, coordinate with regional teams on equipment/training needs, and develop a 3-year cost improvement plan for value-added services.
- Reverse Logistics Solutions: build business relationships, define solutions and prioritization, identify trial markets/warehouses, support cross-functional trials and scale viable solutions.
- Service Enhancement Pillar: ensure timely delivery, act as escalation point, unlock resources, and integrate deliverables into the Omnichannel Fulfillment vertical.
- Internal & External Contacts: collaborate with Global Logistics Center of Excellence, Global Supply Leadership Team, Finance, Regional Operations, Planning, Procurement, and external partners (e.g., 3PLs, consultants, and IT vendors).
- Supervisory & Budget: manage the Service Delivery Manager, oversee project teams (10-50 people), and manage consulting spend up to USD 2M.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain, ideally logistics
- Proven ability to manage large improvement projects and cross-functional teams in a global context
- Experience with CRM techniques and designing/implementing new process designs
- Experience in consulting or sales is a plus; university degree in Business, SCM or Finance
- Strategic influencing, active listening, strong business acumen, data savviness
- Proactive, independent, can-do attitude; resilient and adaptable leadership
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations and lead for customer satisfaction
