About the Client

Our client is J.P. Morgan, a global leader in financial services providing strategic advice and products to corporations, governments, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors. Within their Asset & Wealth Management division, the Global Family Office team delivers bespoke solutions for ultra-high-net-worth families and foundations, combining private banking expertise with investment management and strategic advisory capabilities.

The Opportunity

The Global Family Office team is seeking a Vice President to support the execution of its strategy and the expansion of its international Family Office offering. The ideal candidate will have strong private banking, wealth management, or family office experience, combined with strategic, operational, and client-facing expertise. This role offers the opportunity to influence service design, drive strategic initiatives, and engage directly with ultra-high-net-worth clients across geographies.

Strategic Execution & Expansion

• Drive the execution and international expansion of Family Office services, partnering with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate and track progress of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Client & Advisor Engagement

• Engage directly with Family Office clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Family Office capabilities, supporting Private Bank advisors.
• Oversee development of educational and marketing resources for clients and advisors.

Operational & Project Management

• Provide operational and project management support for key business initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain tracking for team priorities and milestones.
• Oversee financial and data analysis to inform decisions and measure performance.

Representation & Thought Leadership

• Represent the firm at industry events and client forums to promote Family Office capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and clients.
• Contribute to process optimization and innovation in service delivery and client experience.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certification in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Extensive experience in private banking, wealth management, or family office advisory.
• Proven experience supporting strategic initiatives, business management, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
• Experience with international markets, cross-border client needs, or multilingual capabilities is a plus.
• Experience representing organizations at industry events or conferences is desirable.
