Global Engineering Recruitment Specialist

ProFleet Group in Little Island, Co. Cork, Ireland is hiring Recruitment Specialists to join our growing team.

You will manage your recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement, focusing on engineering and construction sectors across Ireland, the UK Nordics, USA and mainland Europe. This role requires building strong candidate pipelines, developing relationships with clients and our operational teams, and supporting workforce planning for major Irish and European projects.
