Global Employee Relations Manager (EMEA/APAC)

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking an Employee Relations professional to provide guidance and case management for the EMEA and APAC regions. You will support policy development, ensure compliant practices, and mentor the HR Service Center to build ER capability.

You will lead investigations, manage ER data, and work with HR partners to mitigate risk while aligning with business strategy. In-office collaboration is required with hybrid work options.
