Global Defence Subcontracts Lead (Hybrid)

MBDA UK seeks a skilled professional to manage supplier subcontracts across the life cycle of missiles and systems. You will lead negotiations, oversee amendments, and ensure timely delivery with quality and cost control, working with UK and international suppliers.

You will feed commercial guidance to internal customers, manage risks, and support MBDA's Defence capabilities. The role requires collaboration within a multi-functional team and mobility to visit supplier sites as required.
