Role Description:
- Refines and evolves the overarching data management strategy, data policies, and set refresh cycles.
- Designs, monitors, and continuously improves data quality of data asset(s) in close alignment with the respective business unit(s).
- Implements workflows, data quality KPIs, and related measures on a modern data governance and quality platform.
- Develop and maintain data model objects based on business requirements.
- Consults business units on continuous data evolution and data management measures.
- Performs regular data profiling and periodic audits to ensure that data is properly managed in the cloud and on premise, to ensure that legal and security requirements are met and to identify data quality issues and their root causes.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

- Effectively convey complex data concepts to stakeholders.
- Methodological expertise
- Experienced translating business needs into data initiatives.
- Good understanding of data management and governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM, Data Mesh) and related technologies.
- Experienced designing and optimizing data management processes.
- Subject-matter expertise
- Experienced in using Collibra as a metadata management and data quality platform.
- Experienced in Data modelling and designing
- data structures.
- Experienced in Data Quality management, implementing data quality monitoring.
