Global DAM Integration Engineer

The Role

This is not a standard integration role.

You'll be designing and building the technical backbone of a global content supply chain, connecting systems across creation, compliance, and distribution.

At the centre is a global DAM platform acting as the system of record for all content, metadata, and life cycle states.

Your role is to make that ecosystem actually work.

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Integration Architecture & Engineering

• Design and build API-driven integrations across a complex ecosystem
• Connect DAM with:
  • Veeva (claims and compliance)
  • Creative tools (Canva, Figma)
  • Downstream platforms (PIM, AdTech, analytics)
• Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and resilient

2. End-to-End Workflow Automation

• Automate contentlifecycle flows:
  • Asset ingestion
  • Metadata synchronisation
  • Approval and compliance tracking
  • Distribution and syndication
• Remove manual handoffs across global teams

3. DAM-Centric Ecosystem Ownership

• Position DAM as the single source of truth
• Ensure consistency across systems and regions
• Support global DAM convergence and platform strategy

4. System Design & Future-Proofing

• Define integration patterns and architectural standards
• Support onboarding of new tools and decommissioning of Legacy systems
• Balance custom engineering vs low-code/no-code solutions

5. Documentation & Sustainability

• Create clear, structured technical documentation
• Ensure integrations are maintainable and transferable
• Reduce dependency on single individuals

What They're Looking For

Core Experience

• Strong background in API and integration engineering
• Experience working across multi-system enterprise environments
• Proven ability to design scalable, production-grade integrations

Highly Relevant Experience

• DAM platforms (Aprimo, Bynder, Adobe AEM Assets or similar)
• Regulated content systems (Veeva strongly preferred)
• Martech or content ecosystem integrations
• Workflow orchestration and automation

Mindset (This Matters More Than Tools)

• Thinks in systems, not features
• Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous environments
• Can translate business workflows into technical architecture
• Balances speed with long-term maintainability

Environment

• Global organisation (healthcare/regulated industry)
• Fully remote (CET time zone alignment)
• Long-term programme (initial 12 months + extensions)
• High visibility across product, marketing, and compliance teams
