Global CRM/Data Transformation Lead

CRM & Customer Data Platform (CDP) Lead - EU - 8-12 months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Senior CRM & Customer Data Platform (CDP) Lead for a strategic, business-critical transformation initiative with one of our key clients in the EU.

This role will focus on scaling and embedding Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities across the organisation, moving from isolated pilots to a production-ready, value-driven CRM and customer engagement model.

Requirements for the CRM & CDP Lead Role:

• Proven experience leading CRM and Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives within large, complex organisations
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, ideally including CDP implementation and activation
• Demonstrated ability to move CDP initiatives from pilot or proof-of-concept into production
• Solid understanding of customer engagement, marketing processes, and data-driven targeting
• Experience working closely with system integrators and implementation partners
• Ability to translate CDP from a technical platform into an Embedded business capability
• Comfortable operating across multiple business verticals and aligning data, CRM, and engagement strategies
• Experience working in pharma, life sciences, or regulated environments is a strong plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive adoption and value realisation

Responsibilities for the CRM & CDP Lead Role:

• Lead the CRM and CDP transformation initiative, with a strong focus on CDP adoption across the organisation
• Act as the central CDP lead, driving the transition from fragmented pilots to a scalable, production-ready platform
• Support the rollout and adoption of Salesforce-based CRM and CDP capabilities, enabling a unified customer view
• Lead the CDP workstream, covering implementation, activation, and operationalisation across marketing and commercial functions
• Drive the creation of a unified customer data model to improve targeting, segmentation, and engagement
• Embed CDP into everyday marketing and CRM processes, ensuring measurable business value
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, CRM teams, data teams, and external vendors
• Coordinate closely with system integrators and delivery partners during design, build, and rollout phases
