Belmond Ltd. is seeking an experienced Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead our reward strategy from the London Global Office.

Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, you will shape policy, oversee UK payroll, and partner with HR and Finance to align pay, benefits and recognition across Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia.

This role blends technical expertise with collaborative leadership to attract, retain and motivate exceptional talent across Belmond's international teams.
