Global Commercial Counsel for International Markets

The Blue Venture Fund is seeking a Senior Counsel, International Commercial, who will be a vital part of our Legal & Compliance Department. This role focuses on providing robust legal advice for our business activities outside the US, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in international markets.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of legal experience, particularly in international or cross-border commercial operations, and exhibit strong skills in collaboration and communication to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. A commitment to D&I is essential.
