Global Change & Ops Innovation Manager

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an OI Manager to lead day-to-day transformation change efforts within the Operational Innovations team. You will own a defined workstream, drive change management, and partner with global leaders to accelerate initiatives across operating models, tools, and processes.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in change programs, experience in a global firm, and strong MS Office usage with a focus on digital enablement and collaboration across borders.
