Global Business Consultant - Process Optimisation & Automation

Role Overview

We are supporting a global healthcare organisation undergoing a major transformation of its end-to-end content, quality, and compliance processes.

They are seeking a senior Business Consultant to define, optimise, and transform complex business processes while identifying pragmatic automation opportunities. This role will operate at the intersection of business, digital, regulatory, and regional teams, acting as a trusted advisor and driving structured, scalable change across global markets.

This is a strategic transformation role, ideal for someone who combines consulting rigour with hands-on process excellence expertise in regulated environments.

• Lead end-to-end business process assessments across content, quality, and compliance functions.

• Facilitate global workshops to document current-state processes and identify pain points.

• Design optimised future-state process models aligned with regulatory and digital strategy.

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritise automation opportunities based on value, feasibility, and compliance constraints.

• Develop a phased automation roadmap including sequencing, effort estimation, and benefits tracking.

• Define global rollout and market prioritisation strategy based on readiness, impact, and complexity.

• Align global standards with local market realities.

• Establish governance models, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms.

• Provide structured recommendations to senior stakeholders and steering committees.

• 7+ years' experience in business consulting, process optimisation, or transformation roles.

• Strong experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma, life sciences).

• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end process modelling and redesign.

• Proven experience assessing and defining automation opportunities.

• Experience designing phased rollout or global deployment strategies.

• Strong stakeholder management across global and regional teams.

• Analytical, structured problem solver with excellent facilitation skills.

• Lean/Six Sigma/transformation certifications advantageous.

• Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA or Confluence is beneficial.
