Connect to your opportunityThe Change and Adoption (C&A) team is part of the Global Audit & Assurance Transformation & Change organization within Deloitte Global. We support our network of member firms by developing global strategies, programs, platforms, and creating transformational solutions.
The C&A team develops methodologies, approaches, and adoption materials to enable change and drive successful adoption of global initiatives, fostering communication and mitigating barriers.
The Change & Adoption Manager will execute and manage C&A activities across assigned projects.
Responsibilities- Support and manage change and adoption activities across programs/projects, including status, risks, member firm readiness, and adoption.
- Provide strategic guidance on change management, including plans for adoption, training, engagement, communication, and benefits realization.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to promote adoption of solutions, practices, and processes.
- Work with member firms to develop, review, and monitor their change and adoption plans.
- Deliver project scope and requirements using defined processes, templates, and guidance.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of strategies, processes, and methodologies as a change management SME.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in professional/client services, especially in change management, organizational culture change, engagement, communication, and business analysis.
- Understanding of business processes and ability to translate technical concepts into documentation for various audiences.
- Ability to work globally across diverse organizations and locations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, O365, SharePoint, BrainShark, Adobe.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
