Job Description THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Account Manager to join our team. This is a multi-faceted role that requires an individual capable of managing diverse tasks and responsibilities across various agency departments including strategy, local market coordination, analytics/data, partnerships, digital campaign hub, and operations. The ability to juggle multiple projects effectively is critical, as is leading initiatives while working closely with a large media agency and a major global business partner.

Day-to-day tasks involve:

  • Meeting with global clients & internal teams to lead and contribute to projects and workstreams
  • Input and coordination of workshops with key clients and internal teams
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping up to date with latest trends and opportunities
  • Working with the team to produce standardized documents and processes for global media implementation and seamless ways of working

Global team core remit:

  • Be a key client contact
  • Drive all global direction and be the core decision-maker for processes
  • Prioritize and manage briefs between teams
  • Ensure connectivity between all teams in Publicis
  • Maintain high-quality work
  • Share best practices and demonstrate leadership

Responsibilities

  • Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high quality in all deliverables
  • Be proactive and anticipate client needs to drive integrated solutions

Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills for crafting compelling presentations
  • Confidence and experience leading calls and presentations to clients and internal teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven project leadership capabilities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals
  • Strong experience in media within a global business context
  • Ability to inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams, managing projects and resources for exceptional results
  • Understanding of media finance and commercial processes
Advantageous Skills:
  • Understanding of global media reporting and analytics
  • People management experience is favorable
