We're looking for an experienced AutoCAD/GIS Mapping Specialist to join a busy property and planning team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality mapping services to support property management, infrastructure projects, and planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and professional mapping outputs using GIS and CAD tools
• Create legal mapping documentation to support property ownership and transactions
• Analyse title documents and define property boundaries
• Support property registration processes and liaise with relevant authorities
• Maintain and manage spatial data and property records
• Build, update, and analyse geospatial databases
• Investigate and resolve boundary-related queries and disputes
• Prepare drawings and mapping for planning applications and environmental reports
• Support wider project teams with mapping and visual documentation

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, MapInfo, or similar GIS platforms
• Ability to produce high-quality, accurate mapping outputs
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Desirable:

• Experience supporting property transactions through mapping
• Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret legal/property documentation
