At Recruit 121, we're offering a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to join our specialist SAP recruitment team as SAP Resourcer. You don't need a background in recruitment or SAP - just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be trained and supported by experienced team members as you:

• Learn how to identify and engage German-speaking SAP professionals across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
• Build relationships with candidates and understand what motivates them
• Match candidates with exciting freelance opportunities in some of Europe's leading businesses
• Support the sales team with high-quality candidate profiles and insights
• Develop your own candidate network and become a trusted expert in your field

• Fluent German and English speaker (spoken and written)
