LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a German speaking Project Administrator for an international agency to work on one of their major accounts.

You will be working in their cosmopolitan and vibrant international design & packaging team, supporting the project managing of the design and packaging of international brands as well as their marketing and branding into various languages through the interaction with international clients on a daily basis, excellent administration skills as well as client relationship building as well project management and account management skills are required, from either the design, packaging, branding, marketing or advertising field.

German Speaking Project Administrator - Duties:

• Responsible for the provision of support and administration for the project managing of their client design, packaging and branding on a daily basis while developing excellent client relationships via phone, face to face, email and skype as well as providing excellent administration and coordination to senior managers
• Agreeing changes with the team and executing them via the production team
• Supporting with the coordination of designers, art workers, account executives work
• Helping with the account budget, making sure the costs are under control
• Checking briefs written by other member of the team, making sure the work is delivered within the agreed deadline
• Checking content of the design/ packaging branding for senior manager approval

German Speaking Project Administrator - Requirements:

• Excellent German and English both written and spoken
• Incredible project management or administration experience, ability to juggle various projects at the same time
• Having previous experience in either a Media/ Design, Advertising or Creative company
• Knowledge of design branding, packaging or a strong interest.
