Responsibilities

German speaking Business Analyst
Location: London
Hybrid work: 2 days working from home
Salary: up to £42,000 per annum

Main duties:
Support project teams by performing strategic analysis and delivering key insights that influence client decision-making.

The role:
- Collaborate closely with Project Leaders and Partners to understand client challenges
- Structure and perform detailed analyses and primary research to uncover actionable insights
- Translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations
- Present findings and contribute to team and client meetings
- Engage frequently with senior executives due to a flat organisational structure
- Participate actively in the firm's entrepreneurial ecosystem, including MVP design and venture development
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and challenges
- Develop technical and methodological skills, including advanced Excel and programming
- Travel across Europe as needed

Candidate's Profile

- Fluency in German and English is essential
- Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills
- Enthusiastic about learning and entrepreneurial growth opportunities
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Ideally holds a bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic record
- Interest or background in strategy, consulting, or business analysis is preferred
