German Speaking BA - Payroll Specialist - UKG WFC/Pro WFM

- Experience in supporting Time, Payroll, or HR applications

- Familiarity with ADP eTime, WFM, or UKG WFC/Pro WFM is a plus

The role is a hybrid position, combining business analyst and IT operations support responsibilities.

The support role we are requesting involves:

- Acting as level one support for integrations and functionality

- Transferring cases to ADP support if unable to address the incident and staying with the issue until it is resolved

- Serving as the conduit for support between the requestor and ADP

As a Business Analyst, this role will work closely with Business HR Admins to:

- Receive and document change requests

- Create detailed requirements

- Submit Service Requests to ADP

- Manage UAT and deployments

- Act as the conduit for enhancements and change requests between the requestor and ADP
