Your Responsibilities

• Review and assess online content according to platform policies
• Ensure quality and consistency across moderation workflows
• Handle sensitive content professionally and responsibly
• Support escalations and complex review cases
• Apply cultural awareness in policy-based decision making

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C1-C2)
• Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or digital platform operations
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work in a structured, policy-driven environment

Salary & Benefits

• €37,333 gross annual salary
• Performance-related bonus (non-contractual)
