Our client, a leading global provider of dried raw ingredients, is on the lookout for a talented German Logistics Administrator to join their expanding team based in London near Hampstead.

With operations in over 14 countries, they pride themselves on building transparent supply chains that empower local farmers to access global markets with confidence.

Role Overview:

As a German Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the movement of goods in and out, while maintaining excellent communication with drivers and warehouses. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our client's growth, especially as they expand their operations in Germany!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan & Coordinate: Manage schedules for inbound and outbound goods efficiently.
  • Transport Management: Book and liaise with hauliers and drivers to ensure smooth transport operations.
  • Documentation: Prepare and check delivery notes and transport documentation to guarantee accuracy.
  • Monitoring: Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery statuses.
  • Communication: Collaborate with warehouse staff for effective loading and unloading.
  • Compliance: Ensure all shipments are accompanied by the correct paperwork, maintaining adherence to company procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve any delivery discrepancies or damages.
Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in German is essential.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems will be advantageous.
