German & English Speaking Customer Advisor Hybrid

We are recruiting for a permanent German & English Bilingual Customer Service Advisor to speak both German and English.

Hybrid for Ringwood, Hampshire office Main Purpose of Customer Service Advisor role

• Responding to English and German emails
• Answering English and German calls
• Dealing with customer queries on our system and translating replies from English to German and German to English
• Delivering customer service/excellence in all aspects of supporting the client's customers over the phone and in writing in both English and German
• Communicating directly with customers on the phone, by email, social media and live web chat
• Reporting into the German Team Leader

Salaries & Working Hours

• Salary: £26,312 per annum
• Location: Hybrid for Ringwood, Hampshire office
• Hours: 40 paid hours per week
• Shifts: Monday - Saturday, 8 hour shifts between 8 am and 8 pm, rota provided 2 weeks in advance
