A global, multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join their expanding team in Nottingham. Your responsibilities as a Geotechnical Engineer will include:

• Conducting site walkovers and managing ground investigation activities
• Logging boreholes and collecting soil and groundwater samples
• Supporting desk studies, planning site work, and drafting reports
• Writing both factual and interpretive geotechnical reports
• Participating in in situ testing and learning from experienced engineers on-site

What we're looking for in a Geotechnical Engineer:

• Prior experience in geotechnical or geo-environmental engineering
• A BSc (minimum) in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Science or a related subject (MSc preferred)
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site work
• Based near Nottingham or happy to travel for projects
• Full right to work in the UK
