About the Role

As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that help students explore geographical concepts, environmental issues, and global perspectives while developing analytical and investigative skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging geography lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Encourage students to explore environmental and global issues through discussion and investigation
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and promote engagement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support department goals

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Previous experience teaching geography in a secondary school setting is desirable
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for inspiring interest in geography and global awareness
