Geo-Environmental Operational Lead

Overview

We are working with an multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, renowned globally, currently looking to expand their Geo-Environmental team by bringing a Senior Operational Lead (+£15M turnover operations)

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning & business growth initiatives
• Operational oversight of project delivery & commercial management
• Business development across water, energy & technology sectors
• Team leadership & succession planning
• Technical expertise in ground investigation, land quality, groundwater

Requirements

• Relevant degree (geology/environmental science preferred)
• Senior management experience in environmental consulting
• Chartered status advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen & bid management skills
• Proven track record in business development & client relationships

Flexible working/Point of hire, with travel required as and when. Salary from £80,000 to £100,000 + benefits and allowances.
