We are recruiting in Devon, Scotland (Dumfries & Galloway) and West Wales (Pembrokeshire). The role focuses on providing herd genetic advice, analysing herd performance data, and supporting farmers in designing and implementing effective breeding strategies.

Our client is an internationally recognised leader in bovine genetics, herd improvement and reproduction services. They combine advanced research, innovative technology and on farm expertise to help farmers achieve long term sustainability, productivity and profitability.

• Background in agriculture, animal science or a related field (degree preferred)
• Knowledge of cattle breeding, genetics or herd management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret herd data
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
• Practical, solutions-focused approach with commercial awareness
• Valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the region
• Valid right to work in the UK
