With 18 gyms across Germany and Spain and a rapidly expanding international footprint, we are now hiring a passionate and driven HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment to help us build outstanding teams across Germany - all from our HQ in Madrid.

What You'll Do

As our HR Generalist, you will play a key role in recruiting and onboarding top talent for our gyms in Germany, while also supporting core HR operations in our growing team.

Here's what your mission looks like:

• End-to-end recruitment of operational and strategic roles for our gyms mainly in Germany (coaches, managers, specialists, etc.)
• Conduct interviews in German and English, assess fit and motivation
• Manage sourcing via LinkedIn, job platforms, Social media and local partners
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate journey
• Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires
• Collaborate in administrative HR tasks: contracts, employee files, data updates
• Assist in HR projects related to talent development, engagement and culture

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of experience in HR or Recruitment roles (agency or in-house)
• Fluency in German (C1+) and English (C1+) - essential
• Experience recruiting international or remote teams, ideally in Germany
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A people-first mindset with passion for building thriving teams
