General Services Manager

Salary: up to €85,000 plus Sodexo benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

General Services Manager to lead the delivery of

soft facilities services within a

GMP-regulated environment where we also produce the food for staff on site.

This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on

safety,

cleaning, hygiene, compliance and people management/development, ensuring all services are delivered to audit-ready standards. You will be responsible for managing large teams, maintaining client relationships, and driving performance across all soft services on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

cleaning, hygiene, and soft services operations in line with GMP and food safety standards

• Ensure full compliance with

GMP, HACCP, and audit requirements, maintaining a constant state of audit readiness

• Act as the

primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships and service delivery expectations

• Oversee budgets, labour, and consumables, with responsibility for

P&L and cost control

• Provide

strong leadership and development of on-site teams, driving high performance and accountability

• Manage audits, risk, and compliance documentation across the site
• Identify and implement improvements to

cleaning standards, efficiency, and service delivery

• Innovate to demonstrate and bring value to customers and clients.

About You

• Proven experience in a

senior soft services or cleaning leadership role within a

GMP, food, or highly regulated environment

• Strong knowledge of

cleaning standards, hygiene management, GMP, and HACCP

• Experience leading and developing teams in a high-compliance setting

budget and P&L management

• Excellent client-facing, communication, and organisational skills
