Positions Available

• We are looking for people to join us in Kepak Cork where you will be part of a multi-cultural, diverse team. You will be given the opportunity to learn and expand your knowledge of the food industry as well as being given the chance to grow your career internally. Kepak Cork are looking for staff in our Retail Department.

What to expect in the job?

• The role will involve:
  • Packaging meat products such as steaks, chops, burgers and meatballs.
  • Working in a chilled environment
  • Have the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Using machinery only when trained to do so
  • Other duties will be part of the role from time to time - this will be specified by your direct Line Supervisor

What we need from you?

• Previous food production experience highly beneficial but not essential
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment beneficial but not essential
• Each candidate must be of good character, hardworking and self-driven
• Power Pallet Truck and/or Forklift experience beneficial but training will be provided
• Be able to use your own initiative
• Be Flexible with working hours
• Be energetic and be prepared to work within a team
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and assist with additional tasks as needed.
• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail
