Job Description

Main Purpose:

  • To support the development and growth of profitable new business
  • Develop and maintain effective key client relationships
  • Coordinate with the Business Development Team
  • Ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development for the Project Management Vertical
  • Identify and segment potential market segments
  • Generate revenue through new account development and key account management
  • Conduct meetings with clients
  • Develop relevant business proposals and present them to potential clients
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals
  • Pay attention to detail and ensure timely submissions
  • Review and respond to RFPs
  • Provide regular feedback on potential clients to Management & Stakeholders

Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's vision and strategy
  • Support management and corporate decision-making to maximize profitability in the short, medium, and long term
  • Ensure proposals are delivered in line with organizational strategy
  • Develop, review, and report on business development activities, ensuring strategic objectives are understood and executed
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the PMC team
Qualifications
  • Graduate or MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred
  • Experience with established firms of similar nature
  • Technical knowledge of PMC / Turnkey processes
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development
