Location & WorkplaceWork at the headquarters in the city centre of Amsterdam. The campus is located at the tip of Oosterdokseiland, a vibrant environment where more than 4,000 young employees of come together, inspire, live, work, and play.

Role ResponsibilitiesAs General Manager, you lead the strategic development of the food offering on the site in Amsterdam.
- Drive strategic collaborations and manage a team of over 100 employees.
- Act as a sparring partner for Join Program management, proactively contributing to new initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Food Curator and the Food Curator team to deliver innovative culinary experiences.
- Maintain financial success of the location, including budget management and achievement of financial goals.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead quarterly business reviews.
- Ensure proactive and transparent communication with the Real Estate Workplace Services team.
- Embrace flexibility and agility in a dynamic environment.
- Develop food concepts in collaboration with clients and the Join Program team.
- Translate user and client feedback into concrete action plans.
- Involve and develop the team around Join Program vision and concept.
- Align individual and team performance with client objectives.
- Promote continuous improvement and collaboration culture.
- Communicate tactical and operational progress to stakeholders.
- Lead strategic and tactical sessions with the Booking team.
- Prepare and chair Quarterly Business Reviews, translating them into concrete actions.
- Stay current on trends and innovations, converting them into new services and concepts.
- Manage location financial results and ensure accurate and timely P&L reporting.
- Make data driven decisions and train the management team to use data for service and commercial performance improvement.
- Meet agreed client and company objectives and financial targets.
- Act as a sparring partner for Join Program leadership, driving new initiatives.
- Collaborate with food curators to create innovative culinary experiences.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in hospitality.
- 3-5 years in a comparable role leading a large team.
- Experience in stakeholder management with strategic partners.
- Proven success in developing and managing food/hospitality concepts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Vision for sustainable and future proof food concepts.

Time for time arrangement: overtime is either paid or can be taken as time off.
Reimbursement of €0,21 €0,23 per km (10-40 km one way) for commuting.
