Job Introduction

We are seeking Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to lead our delivery operations, oversee a dedicated team, and drive business success.

Main Responsibilities

As RGM you will manage daily operations, coordinate calls, handle scheduling, motivate the team, and lead promotional activities to boost turnover. You will have full financial accountability and be empowered to run the unit in a style that aligns with brand values.

The Ideal Candidate

Required experience: Demonstrated ability to lead a team to success, deliver exceptional results within a Pizza Hut environment, and serve as a role model. Extensive product knowledge and ability to support staff learning and development are essential. Background in food services, retail, or related industries is welcomed.
