About the role

• Lead the full hotel operation with accountability for commercial performance, guest satisfaction, peopledevelopmentand brand standards.
• Shape and deliver the hotel's strategic plan, driving sustained revenue growth,profitabilityand market positioning.
• Champion a culture where service moves from acceptable to truly exceptional, embeddingMarriottand Hodson Bay Group standards across every guest touchpoint.
• Work closely with the Financial Controller to manage budgets, optimise costbasesand maximise overall profitability.
• Act as the figurehead for the hotel, building strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, localbusinessesand the wider community.
• Play a key role within the Hodson Bay Group senior management team, sharing best practice and contributing to groupwide initiatives and innovation.

• A proventrack recordin senior hotel leadership (for example as Deputy General Manager or General Manager) in a qualityfourstaror higher property.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience of delivering results against budget and driving both topline andbottom-lineperformance.
