What You Will Be Responsible For Leadership & Culture

• Inspire, mentor, and lead a large, creative team within a high-performance, luxury environment
• Foster a polished, professional culture aligned with exceptional service standards
• Oversee recruitment, development, and performance management across all levels

Operational Excellence

• Ensure the seamless day-to-day running of a busy, high-end salon
• Maintain exceptional standards across every client touchpoint
• Continuously refine systems and processes to support efficiency and excellence

Commercial Performance & KPIs

• Take full ownership of sales performance, revenue growth, and key business KPIs
• Drive a strong retail culture, ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets
• Analyse performance data, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to exceed targets
• Oversee stock control and inventory management with a commercial, results-driven mindset

Client Experience

• Deliver a true "white-glove" experience tailored to a loyal and discerning clientele
• Manage VIP and high-expectation clients with confidence, discretion, and professionalism
• Lead by example in setting and maintaining exceptional service standards

Who You Are

• 5+ years' experience in a senior management role within luxury hospitality, premium retail, or high-end beauty
• A commercially driven leader with a proven track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs
• Highly experienced in managing large teams, with strong HR and performance management expertise
• Calm, composed, and decisive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Exceptionally detail-oriented, organised, and standards-driven
• Passionate about luxury service, client experience, and business growth
