About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Temporary General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique hotel and restaurant. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who can provide strong leadership, maintain high service standards, and ensure an exceptional guest experience during a fixed-term period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel and restaurant operations
• Lead and support operational teams across all departments
• Maintain high standards of guest service and presentation
• Oversee reservations, occupancy, and F&B performance
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Handle guest feedback and operational issues effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel or restaurant management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to deliver premium boutique-style guest service
• Good financial and organisational skills
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
