You'll be a sociable and friendly General Manager who is at home within a fun, busy, and fast paced restaurant. You'll look for the good and always do the right thing, while overseeing all aspects of your restaurant's operations. You will recognise the talent in your restaurant and develop managers and other team members into superstars.
