We are recruiting a General Manager to lead our fabulous team in an amazing premium pub.

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional food pubs, situated on the outskirts of Bracknell at Jennets Park, the Peacock Farm was a derelict Grade II listed farmhouse when Hall & Woodhouse bought it in 2006. Now converted into a magnificent barn, the pub is the epitome of a traditional family friendly English pub at the heart of its local community. With beautiful terraces and roaring log fires and oak beams inside, as well as regular events, the Peacock Farm really is a pub for all occasions.

What you'll need to be:

• An experienced GM with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
• Based in the local, area or planning to re-locate
• Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
• An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
• A strategic commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
• Diligent with brand standards and processes
• Well-presented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving
• Able to commit for the long term
