General Manager - Large Catering Contract & Team Leadership

Compass Group UK&I is hiring a General Manager for a prestigious B&I site in Sunbury on Thames. You will lead the day-to-day operation of a café, restaurant and three retail outlets, and oversee a team of around 70 colleagues.

You will drive financial performance, build client relationships, ensure food quality and safety, and deliver a fresh, relevant range of offerings. Shift is Monday-Friday, 40 hours; salary £56,152 per annum.
