Are you an experienced General Manager from the world of contract catering looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have extensive experience within the retail side of the business? As the General Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of this retail contract with an annual turnover in excess of £2m. You will lead and inspire a team of up to 50 in this multi-faceted operation, consisting of 9 different outlets.

The ideal General Manager will also have the following experience/skills:

• Working within a General management role within Contract Catering
• Extensive experience within retail catering operations
• Managed teams of 40+
• High attention to detail and passionate about 5 service delivery
• Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
