An established 800-acre arable and root crop farm is seeking a capable General Farm Worker / Arable Operator to join the team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent weekday hours with significant monthly overtime available during busy periods.

You'll be involved in all aspects of arable production, from cultivation through to harvest, working with modern machinery and equipment.

• Cultivation and establishment work
• Ploughing and de-stoning operations
• Irrigation set-up and management
• Harvesting operations
• General tractor and machinery work
• Telehandler and forklift duties
• Routine farm maintenance and yard work

• Previous experience in arable farming essential
• PA1 certification preferred
• Telehandler and forklift licences ideally held
• Confident operating tractors and farm machinery
• Good work ethic and willingness to work overtime during peak periods
• Reliable, practical, and able to work independently and as part of a small team

• Plenty of overtime available each month
• Competitive salary depending on experience
