You'll be the friendly face our customers see, so great communication and a warm, professional approach are key. We aim to resolve issues on the first visit wherever possible, and you'll work closely with our compliance team to make sure everything's done safely and to a high standard. We're looking for someone who has: At least two years' experience servicing and maintaining domestic heating systems ACS Certificates: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1 (or equivalent) Confidence working independently and solving problemsAt Yorkshire Housing, we manage over 20,000 homes across the region, and we're proud to provide safe, comfortable places for people to live.
